I know what you are thinking and at first. I agreed with you, but just listen. After I heard that I needed to write about Eat Stop Eat I thought "oh, great, another one of those useless diet books" but I was very surprised to find out that it is probably the first that actually makes sense.
First of all, this weight loss book is written by a professional that used to be a researcher for a weight loss supplement manufacturer. This means that everything you read in the book is professional and effective because it has been tested as a program for several years.
The second aspect about Eat Stop Eat that you should know is that most of the people that have already used are very pleased with it and with the way it presents the program. The entire book is about 160 pages, but the first 70 pages explain why the book works and why the author is entitled to tell us about these kinds of things.
The remaining 90 pages of the book are the actual guide. Here you will be explained in detail what you need to do to lose weight faster and without having to give up eating. The Eat Stop Eat program focuses more on the mind of the person than on the body, because the program proposed is easier to keep doing than any other similar program. It actually uses more food and less calories than other programs to keep you losing weight.
